Our development focus
Two specialisms. One considered product brief.
Seamless knitting and applied 3D flocked support are different construction routes. Choose the route around the wearer, silhouette and product requirements.
Seamless knit development
Develop the knit. Refine the silhouette.
Seamless leggings, bras, tops and coordinated sets. Review yarn, knit texture, stretch behaviour, fit and finishing together so the product has its own point of view.
Develop bras, shapewear and activewear with soft, matte support zones. Coordinate placement, the base textile, garment integration and testing for the intended wearer.
Choose a current standard style for speed, or custom development when the product itself must change.

Develop your next collection.
For original products, improvements to an existing range or a new production brief. Develop fabric, color, fit, construction and finishing around your brand's requirements.
A tech pack, sample or clear direction is enough for a first review. Special materials and constructions can require a higher minimum.
Turn a premium reference into a material and quality brief. Draw on the supply network to compare options for your own product, not just a similar-looking fabric.
Fashion-aware development
Bring designers, commercial experience and manufacturing knowledge into the same conversation about proportion, texture, colour and the details that distinguish your brand.
Hands-on quality coordination
When production needs correction, coordinate the factory line and QC teams, review the setup and follow up against the agreed sample and quality criteria.
Can we discuss an existing product or a new supplier? +
Yes. Share your current sample or tech pack, the changes you need, your target market and quantity. Jerry can review the development route with the relevant team before a quotation and approval sample are agreed.
Do you also work with new brands? +
Yes. New brands can choose current Ready Styles or discuss custom development when the project meets the relevant minimum. A clear product direction, target market and quantity help us identify the right next step.
What should our team prepare for the first review? +
Send the product category, quantity per color and style, target market and intended delivery window. Include a tech pack, reference image or sample if available, and flag any fit, quality or material problem you want to resolve.
These are meeting requests, not automatic confirmations. Jerry confirms the time and meeting point personally. Past events remain available as archives.
